Mat Pilates with Small Props
Don't let the simplicity fool you- mat Pilates is incredibly effective. I bring small props like the Pilates ball and magic circle to help you build strength, improve stability, and get deeper into movements. These sessions are great for all levels and can be done with just a mat and a bit of space.
Apparatus Sessions
If you have Pilates equipment at home- like a Reformer, Tower, Cadillac, or Wunda Chair- I offer apparatus based sessions designed to make the most of your set up. We'll work on alignment, strength, control, and mobility in a way that feels both challenging and supportive.
Slant Board Sessions
Looking to switch things up? The slant board is a fun and powerful tool to tone, lengthen, and strengthen your entire body. I bring the Slant Board with me, and we combine it with mat work for a dynamic, full body workout that's low impact but seriously effective. These sessions are especially great for working on lower body strength, flexibility, and posture.
Online Sessions
These online sessions make it easy to stay consistent and connected- no matter where you are. Designed to suit all levels, these interactive sessions are taught via Zoom, allowing for real-time guidance, personalised feedback, and a supportive virtual environment.
